In Tallin, Estonia, couples are not allowed to play chess in bed while making love.

...Does this happen often? I mean, is it really enough of a problem, they need to outlaw it? How often does this happen? Are they playing chess with each other, or someone else? 'Cause I can see it if they're playing chess with someone else while they're having sex, because that's just rude to the person you're having sex with, but why aren't they allowed to play chess with each other while doing it if they want to?
