Possibly the humidity has something to do with it? I damn near got heat stroke at Disneyland last weekend but it was like 40% humidity and God knows how hot outside. And I had no water.. because water there costs like $2.75 for a 20oz bottle. And I was wearing multiple layers.. because i'm cool like that.. or possibly the opposite of cool, hence the heat stroke.
