I really don't like this growing up thing. I don't want to take phone calls from colleges and fill out applications and think about how to get out of this irritating city! DO NOT WANT.
WELL. I mostly just meant the don't get intimidated by the process enough to just chicken out, which is totally what I did. Getting impregnated by someone twice my age sort of came along later.
(Now, I wouldn't mind getting impregnated by someone twice your age, but that is neither here nor there.)
The phone calls don't stop after you get into a college.. sadly. *facepalm*
I started giving out my fax number as my phone number to anyone I did not absolutely need to hear back from.
Filling out applications also blows. I got really good at using the tab key on online apps. Still annoying though.
Don't forget to fill out a FAFSA whether you're already getting a scholarship or not, they might give you more free money and there's nothing wrong with that!
I know, I know. I still have this big huge list of things to do, and I can't even pretend to start doing some of them until school starts again. Rarrrgh.
