Icon problem...
Okay, I finally managed to find an icon for one of my sockpuppets for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
desperatefans. Problem is, I have to alter it for size. Unfortunately, I have to use Paint to do this.
I have heard that other people use Paint to make icons--generally, only lame people like me, but still--so I ask.
HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SAVE IT AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN A BITMAP?

(I still use 98, in case that helps. ...or is it 95? IN ANYCASE. Fancy wonderful things that work on the downstairs computer don't work up here. HELP ME.)
