If I am to judge by my own pets, then I have to say yes. I have to say that it's probably a really twisted sense of humor, because some of these cats seem to take an inordinate amount of pleasure in waking me up in the middle of the night. The dog is a little more polite, though.
And man, have you ever seen dolphins? Those things totally have a sense of humor. Sense of revenge, too. You start making fun of a dolphin in front of one, and you are going to get splashed. Seriously.
But yeah, humor is totally not unique to humans.
